What routes do Scoppar cargo flights operate?
We currently operate direct flights from China to Lagos (LOS), Douala (DLA), Lomé (LFW), Dakar (DSS), Kinshasa (FIH) and Libreville (LBV). New destinations are being added. All services are airport-to-airport.
What does "airport-to-airport" mean?
Scoppar delivers your cargo from the departure airport in China to the arrival airport in Africa. We do not offer door-to-door or last-mile delivery. Your consignee or local customs agent is responsible for collection at the destination airport.
How does the agent commission work?
Scoppar pays up to 5% commission to registered freight agents who can consistently supply 10 tonnes or more of cargo per week for transport on our flights. Commission is calculated per shipment and paid on a regular schedule. Apply via the Become an Agent page or contact us on WhatsApp.
What is the minimum shipment size?
There is no hard minimum for individual importers — you can ship as little as 1 CBM. The 10-tonne minimum applies specifically to agents who want to qualify for our 5% commission programme. Contact us for consolidated shipment options if your cargo is smaller.
How does Scoppar's supplier payment service work?
If you have bought goods from a Chinese supplier but need to transfer funds to them, Scoppar can facilitate the payment on your behalf. You provide the supplier's payment details and the amount, we handle the transfer in CNY (yuan) via Alipay, WeChat Pay or bank transfer, and confirm receipt. How do I track my shipment?
All shipments can be tracked live through the Scoppar Agents platform at agents.scoppar.com/track. No login required to check status.
